Whether you're a new member, or you've been with us a while, the Tips below will help you get familiar with our new, upgraded certification tracking screens. If you have other questions, please feel free to or call us at: 800.585.6337.

User Tips

  • Profile Tab - the Profile tab allows you to add or edit all personal information at any time, including your address, phone number, company name, etc. This is also where you enter all the Certifications and/or Credentials you currently maintain, with associated renewal dates, and credits required. Profile information is used to calculate on-screen summary displays and initiate renewal reminders. Profile data is also used to generate personalized renewal reports automatically filled in with your data.

  • Controlling Your Display - Under the Profile tab, you can now click on Display Order and change the order in which your certifications and credentials appear throughout CEUManager.

  • How do I Edit my Courses? - Once you've entered a Course, you can always edit or delete it from the View & Edit tab. Select the appropriate date range and click View CEUs. Your courses will be displayed in a grid along the bottom of the screen. Use the scroll bar on the right side of the grid to move up and down through the displayed Courses. When you've found the Course you'd like to edit or delete, click on the Course Title. This will take you to the Edit screen for the selected Course.
